Course Objectives The course aims to give required knowledge about the human resource management and functions of HRM. This course also aims to let students to analyze the human resource activities in health institutions.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Able to define the functions of human resource management,
  • Able to combine the theoretical knowledge with practical examples about human resource management
  • Able to define the functions of human resource management in healthcare instituitons
Course Description The course will cover the subjects about the evaluation of human resource management, the management of human in health institutions, planing of work force, training and other employee related subjects.
